Working together in the family business, largely as dealers and restorers whose stock was made "in the white" by employed craftsmen and finished under their own supervision, they retired in 1973. Giuseppe Stefanini became their principal collaborator through the 1950s and 60s, taking over that role from Igino Sderci and producing the majority of their best-known postwar instruments.
