(1884 – 1937)
Son, pupil and success to the French maker Joseph Hel of Lille. His work became internationally renown when Georges Enesco played a violin by him during his US tour in 1924. His violins were also played by other celebrated violinists like Eugène Ysaÿe or Jacques Thibaud.
