Branded to the inside back and the lower rib. Ink stamp to the back below the button. Inside back bears inscription and signature.
Back: in two pieces of quarter cut maple with medium width flame descending from the center seam towards the edges.
Top: in two pieces of spruce with medium width grain broadening towards the edges.
Ribs: of similar wood.
Varnish: of a golden reddish brown color.
Length of back: 36.5 cm
Upper bouts: 17.4 cm
Middle bouts: 11.7
Lower bouts: 20.9 cm
