Norman Miller

Norman Miller was a self-taught violin maker starting in 1956. He completed nine violins and three violas, with several based on a 1742 Guarneri violin model and later on a personal pattern. They were well made using imported tonewood and commercial varnish provided by Harris. The interior work utilized native Australian 'quondong' wood.
