Alfred Lamy was a bow maker. He was the son of Jean Joseph Baptiste Lamy. He apprenticed with Bazin and later worked for Jacquot in Nancy and Cuniot-Hury from 1906 to 1911. He briefly established himself independently from 1919 to 1920 but joined Laberte in 1921. He branded his work as A. LAMY or ALFRED LAMY.
