Alexandre Alfred Acoulon was active in Paris in 1889. He was created Chevalier of the Legion of Honour in 1900. From 1914, he became a partner in the firm of Thibouville-Lamy at Mirecourt. He received gold medals at the Paris and Brussels Exhibitions in 1900 and 1910. His son Alfred Etienne succeeded him at Thibouville-Lamy.
