Auguste Lenoble

Auguste Lenoble (1828–1895) trained the young Charles Peccatte, who became both his pupil and, following the death of Charles's own father in 1851, his stepson through Lenoble's marriage into the family. The two later formalized a business partnership, registered in 1874 at 37 Rue de Clignancourt, though it did not last. Lenoble is himself described as a pupil of Dominique Peccatte, according to Grillet, though Millant found no clear working connection to support the claim.
