Arthur William Gibbons

Arthur William Gibbons was a pupil of W. J. Piercy of W. E. Hill & Sons. He crafted violins based on various classical patterns and violas modeled after the 1696 Stradivari 'Archinto'. Both oil and spirit varnish were used in his work. He had a small output.
