Hermann Wilhelm Prell

Hermann Wilhelm Prell was a bow maker. He was a pupil of A. Nurnberger and, according to Henley, of H. Hoyer. In 1897, he worked for Sartory in Paris. From 1898, he established himself in Markneukirchen. He was succeeded by his son. His handiwork was fine, featuring both round and octagonal sticks. He branded his work as HERM. W. PRELL.
