Mathias Daum


(1789 – 1855)

Mathias Daum studied under Josef Wassermann and Michel Stalmann in Vienna. He then worked for Ertl before settling in Wiener-Neustadt. He was recognized as the best maker of the Viennese school, using materials of the highest quality and fine varnish.
