George Panormo

London's Bloomsbury district was home to George Panormo (1777–1845), third son of Vincenzo Trusiano Panormo, who worked there alongside his younger brother Louis as part of a wider family workshop whose internal structure — Vincenzo's several sons, and the guitar-making side of the business especially — has long confused the literature. His own son, George Lewis Panormo, carried the family name into a further generation.
