Louis Simon Pajeot was a bow maker who was active from around 1780. He also had some violins of trade quality attributed to him. He apprenticed in Mirecourt and produced various grades of work, typically with octagonal sticks. His work was rarely branded, with the inscription `PAJEOT AMT.
