Pierre Gauthie


Violin maker

Pierre Gauthie studied under P. Lorange. He worked for Mangenot in Mirecourt and G. Cunault in Paris, eventually settling in Toulouse, where he took over from Simonin in 1912 at 9 rue Romiguières. His son assisted him and later succeeded him, specializing in pianos and wind instruments.
