Violin maker

Anton Siebenhüner was a violin and bow maker. He apprenticed with Gabriel Lembock in Vienna. He worked for two years alongside Andreas Engleder in Munich and was later active in Leipzig and Berlin. In 1872, he moved to the USA and served as the principal repairer for George Gemunder in New York. He established himself independently there in 1874.
