Zacharias Fischer

Zacharias Fischer was the son and pupil of P. J. Fischer. He worked with a Tyrolean Klotz or Amati model and demonstrated fine workmanship. Some instruments featured an embellished angular purfling pattern. He used a red-brown crackled varnish and also created plucked instruments. Labels were in Gothic type.
