Giacinto Rugeri was the son, pupil, and assistant of Francesco Rugeri, and he predeceased his father. Very few authenticated works are known to exist today, with almost no instruments surviving that bear his own label, 'Giacinto filio di Francesco / Ruggieri detto it per 16..'. His work is characterized as generally slighter and more delicate than that of other family members, featuring slender extended corners and a slightly weaker scroll.
