Antonio Fabiani

Antonio Fabiani was a violinist and professor of music. He won diplomas in Rome and studied under Andrea and Leandro Bisiach as well as Simone Sacconi. He established himself in Borgo Solesta, Ascoli Piceno. He died young; therefore, his output was small but of high quality. His instruments featured a Stradivarian model with thin yellow-orange varnish. Fabiani inscribed: "sub Titulo S. S. Ceciliae et Ioseph / fecit Ascoli in Piceno / N.. Anno D. 192.. ".
