Marcel Deloger apprenticed to C. Quenoil. He established himself independently in Versailles in 1936. He created large and small pattern violins that were fully varnished and not 'antiqued', as well as double basses and various types of historical instruments. He received prizes in Paris in 1937 and 1938.
