(c. 1620 – 1701)

A native of Franconia in the Holy Roman Empire. Worked in Turin. Later work shows a strong Amati influence. Also known as Enrico Cattenari, although he does not appear to have used the Italian form of his name himself. Label: "Henricus Catenar / Fecit Taurini Anno 1661."
