Enrico Piretti

Enrico Piretti was a maker of various types of bowed and plucked instruments. His workmanship was noted for its quality. The violins he created were rather plain and featured orange-red spirit varnish. He made instruments in Bologna in the year 1949. In the same year, he won the Primo Premio at the Concorso Internazionale di Cremona.
