Utili Nicola
Violin maker

Utili Nicola was initially a maker of plucked instruments. He later developed an eccentric violin design featuring inverted corners. He received first prize at Turin 1928 for a quartet. His work was finely finished with a flat arch, utilizing very good oil varnish and excellent materials.
