Charles Maucotel

Charles Maucotel was a pupil of Blaise Mast. He was employed by Gand in Paris starting in 1834. From 1844 to 1860, he worked in London for Davis, then he retired to France. His work was careful on Cremonese models, and he used fine varnish in appropriate colours.
