Vincenzo De Luccia was the brother of Michele de Luccia (II). He was a pupil of Matteo and his father Michele (I). He worked in Philadelphia from 1901 to 1950, assisted by his brother Giovanni. His creations included violins, mandolins, guitars, and bows.
