Michel Brugère


Violin maker
(1862 – 1934)

Michel Brugère worked for Laberte-Humbert and Fourier-Magnie, as well as for his cousin Charles Georges, in Paris. He later assisted his brother Joseph in the making of basses. In 1924, he was awarded the médaille d'honneur by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
