Mars Auguste Husson

(1870 – c. 1930)

Mars Auguste Husson was born on 1 March 1870 (hence Mars), the son of Jean Baptiste Modeste Husson. He served his apprenticeship in Mirecourt with a family member and worked for C.N. Bazin and J. Thibouville-Lamy. He moved to Paris to join Andre Vigneron's workshop in 1910. His work closely resembles that of Vigneron and is branded 'A. Husson'. He died in Paris around 1930.
