William H. Zeswitz

William H. Zeswitz was a pupil and assistant of his brother-in-law, William Moennig, for 15 years. He established himself independently in Reading, Pennsylvania, in 1927. His work generally featured Guarneri models, though he also created some Stradivari copies. He completed 25 instruments using red-brown varnish and fine materials.
