Jean Mathurin Remy
(1770 – 1854)
Jean Mathurin Remy was the son, pupil, and successor of Mathurin-François. He established himself at 30 rue de Grenelle-Saint-Honoré in 1817. His work featured small patterns, but they were generally of better workmanship and finish than those of his father. He used fine materials and red-brown oil varnish.
