Christian Neubauer
(c. 1819 – 1830)
Christian Neubauer was probably a pupil of Leeb in Bratislava (Pressburg). He created Stainer and Leeb models featuring rich pale yellow varnish. The soundholes exhibited various patterns and settings. His workmanship was of fine professional quality, and the scroll had an extended final turn to the eye.
