William Robinson


Violin maker
(1880 – 1960)

William Robinson made a personal model derived from Stradivari and Guarneri patterns. He was an amateur maker, not associated with William Joseph of Plumstead. The materials used were of good quality, and the orange varnish varied in depth. The work was completed in April 1929 at 2 Silverdale Terrace, Carmoyle Road, Liverpool.
