Andreas (Andras) Bergmann worked as a pupil of Bartek. He was employed by Pilat, Remenyi, and Schunda. Established in Budapest in 1898, he operated under the sign `The Cremoneser'. He crafted around 100 violins based on Stradivari and Brescian models, although the majority, including violas and cellos, were made using a Guarneri pattern.
