Luigi Bajoni
Violin maker
(1815 – 1892)
Luigi Bajoni created a large model, slightly over-square and somewhat Brescian in style, but it was quite ugly in truth. It featured a broad edge, large open scroll, and extended soundholes. The varnish was clear or lightly-tinted over a dark ground. Some cellos were useful. He made it in the year 1856 in Milano. 8.
