The majority of duties are teachable in-house, so we do not expect you to already know how to do everything listed below. We crucially require a “can do” attitude, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills, and we can teach you the rest! The duties include but are not limited to:

          Shipping & Logistics

  • Responsibility over in-house shipping procedures, to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our inventory
  • Booking shipments in compliance with domestic and international shipping/customs requirements (using couriers such as FedEx, UPS and DHL)

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory information
  • Assessing condition and damage of goods upon arrival
  • Ensuring safe storage of all properties
  • Liaising with the inventory photographer ahead of each auction
  • Preparing physical space to present auction instruments

  • Annual Discretionary Performance Bonus Plan
  • Generous annual leave policies: Unlimited Vacation; half day “Summer Fridays”; closed office for Christmas break

  • Beautiful ‘Altbau’ office space with balcony

Salary will be in the range of €32,000-38,000 and commensurate with experience. All applicants must have the correct documents to live and work in Germany.

Please send a CV together with a cover letter (of less than one page) explaining why you think you are an ideal candidate for this role to careers@tarisio.com, making sure to include “Logistics Coordinator & Cataloguer Application” in the subject line of your email.

We look forward to hearing from you!
