Notes:

"As part of Juilliard's Instrumental Loan Program, the instrument was loned to Itzhak Perlman when he was a student. As noted in his foreward to this book, this was the violin played by Mr. Perlman when he won first place in the prestigious Levintritt Competition in 1964. The instrument was also used by noted violinist Gil Shaham while he was a student in Juilliard's Pre-College Division."
