Luigi Montevecchi

Luigi Montevecchi trained as a cabinet-maker at the Bologna Academy of Fine Arts. He developed a personal model based on Cremonese forms. His workmanship was fine and accurate, and he created a notable varnish of his own manufacture. He was a highly regarded maker and restorer of the 20th century Emilia Romagna school. Montevecchi operated at Contrada Aldini N. 1 in Cesena.
