Judah (Jo) Juda was a Dutch violinist of Jewish descent, studying with Alexandre Moskowsky, Oskar Back and Carl Flesch. He held the position of concertmaster of the Amsterdam Bach Orchestra (1934-1936), Orchestral Association Arnhem (1936-1937) and Groninger Orkest Vereniging (1937-1939) and, after the Second World War, the Utrecht Symphony Orchestra and the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra. From 1963 to 1974 he was the concertmaster of the Concertgebouw​ Orchestra​ in Amsterdam.

As a soloist he also performed extensively​ and​ premieri​ed​ works by several Dutch composers. He taught at the Conservatory of Maastricht, the Hague Conservatory and Conservatory of Amsterdam. His students include Dutch violinist André Rieu.

​Jo Juda owned this Pietro Guarneri of Mantua violin from 1947 to 1972.​
