Position: Executive Assistant
Reports to: Private Sales Team
Location: 244 W. 54th St, New York, NY (on-site)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per annum commensurate with experience
Hours: 10am-6pm Monday-Friday (occasional evening/weekend hours)

Job Role
The Private Sales Executive Assistant is a newly created role for Tarisio with the objective of assisting our Sales Team to better, and more quickly, service the needs of our clients. Key responsibilities include administrative tasks, calendar management, note taking, logistics & operations coordination, and event coordinator. In addition, the candidate will participate in creating proposals and client prospectus. The candidate must be a fast learner, very well organized, have strong intuition, and be perceptive to think multiple steps ahead. The candidate must have knowledge within the classical music industry of both the musicians and the classical music they perform. Experience with instruments, particularly violins is a major plus. This role is a great opportunity to start a Tarisio career from the ground up!
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain records, including sales documents, inventory, and client information through our CRM tools
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and auctions
- Coordinate with our Operations team, handle logistics, including instrument viewings, contracts and shipping
- Provide support with event planning and coordination
- Assisting clients by bringing instruments, providing reports, information, and offering a VIP auction experience
- Assist with calendar, meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
- Conduct research on instruments, market trends, and potential clients
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Perceptive and able to think multiple steps ahead
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort level of working with clients
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor Degree required, Masters Degree a plus
- Entry level, however, 2+ years of experience in sales, music, or arts administration is a plus
- Familiarity with classical music or musical instruments (particularly violins) is preferred
- Must be able to work with our computer systems, CRM GSuite, and email
- Must be able to legally work in the United States, OPT Visas not accepted
- Ability to work in-office five days per week
