Back: in two pieces of quarter cut maple with narrow to medium-width flame slightly descending from the center seam.
Top: in two (or is that an extra piece on the bass lower bout?) pieces of spruce with broad-width grain.
Ribs: and head of similar wood.
Varnish: of a red-brown color.
Length of back: 35.6 cm
Upper bouts: 16.8 cm
Middle bouts: 11.4 cm
Lower bouts: 20.7 cm
