Back: Two-piece marked with a faint, narrow curl extending nearly horizontally across the back, the curl being slightly more prominent at the outer edges

Top: of spruce, medium fine-grained at the center, broadening slightly towards the flanks

Scroll: of wood matching back

Ribs: with a narrow, faint irregular curl

Varnish: Golden brown over an amber ground

Length of back: 35.1 cm

Upper bouts: 16.5 cm

Middle bouts: 11.5 cm

Lower bouts: 20.3 cm
