Labeled, "Jo. Bapt Guadagnini / Cremonensis alumnus Antonii Stradivari / fecit Taurini." [last two digits of the date are illegible].
Stylistically this instrument is consistent with the period 1780-83 but historically it has also been referred to as 1773 and 1779.
