Back: in two pieces of quarter cut, mostly plain maple with faint narrow flame.
Top: in two pieces of spruce with medium width grain broadening at the edges.
Ribs: and head of similar wood.
Varnish: of a golden orange-brown color.

Middle bouts: 10.9 cm
Lower bouts: 20.6 cm
