Back: in one piece of slab cut maple with medium narrow flame descending from the bass side.
Top: in two pieces of spruce with medium broad grain narrowing at the center seam.
Scroll: of plainer maple.
Ribs: of similar wood cut on the quarter.
Varnish: of an orange-brown color.
Length of back: 39.3 cm
Upper bouts: 18.1 cm
Middle bouts: 12.8 cm
Lower bouts: 23.2 cm
