Back: in two pieces of quarter sawn maple with medium width flames descending slightly from the centre joint.
Top: in two pieces of spruce with medium width grain.
Scroll: a carved lady, the pegbox replaced.
Ribs: similar.
Varnish: of a golden brown color.
