"The head is modeled after Tourte's first period work, and the stick is made from extraordinarily luminous pernambuco with an orange-brown color and a striking ring figure throughout its length. The Heifetz-Kittel is probably the most famous bow of the century and is on display at the Metropolitan Museum in New York."
