Back: in two pieces of maple cut on the quarter with pronounced figure of medium width descending from the centre-joint to the edges.
Top: in two pieces of spruce with grain of medium width narrowing slightly to the edges.
Scroll: similar to the back.
Ribs: similar to the back.
Varnish: of a golden yellow-brown colour.
Length of back: 35.9 cm
Upper bouts: 16.7 cm
Middle bouts: 11.3 cm
Lower bouts: 20.9 cm
