Notes:

"Some thirty six year later [from 1949] the violin passed through the hands of Rembert Wurlitzer of New York and ws purchased by the present owner, a well known concert violinist. The violin can be heard on numerous recordings and has been played to great acclaim in many of the great concert halls of the world."
