Louis Bernardel

Brother of Bernardel Pére and apprenticed alongside him in Mirecourt. Worked in Amsterdam from 1836, based at 202 Kalverstraat. His work is comparable in quality to that of his brother, but his career was cut short by his relatively early death in 1847. Succeeded by his pupil J. J. Grandjon.
