Bookstore Terms and Conditions

1.General

The Tarisio Service includes an online bookstore through which you may purchase titles selected by Tarisio (“Bookstore”).

2.Pricing

All prices for any items in the Bookstore are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise, and are exclusive of any applicable local, state, or federal taxes. Shipping and handling fees, if any, will be reviewable prior to submitting your order.

3.Refunds

Tarisio will accept returns and provide a full refund of any fees, not including shipping and handling, paid to Tarisio for purchases of items through the Bookstore, including items that were found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, if the returned items are received by Tarisio within ten (10) days of delivery to you, or as otherwise required by the laws of the state in which you live. All other refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Tarisio. In order to receive a refund, you must submit a refund request to info@tarisio.com and follow the instructions provided to you.

4.Shipping

Tarisio will ship all items purchased through the Bookstore to the address specified in the shipping address section of the order form. Shipments will be made via standard ground service unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The time period from order to delivery will vary depending on location.

5.Risk of Loss

All products purchased from or via the Bookstore are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Tarisio. Title to items purchased through the Bookstore, as well as the risk of loss for such items, passes to you when Tarisio or our supplier delivers these items to the carrier.

6.Payment Information; Taxes

All payments through the Bookstore are processed using a third-party processor. You acknowledge that Tarisio is not liable for any breaches of credit card or debit card security or privacy by such third party processor. All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Bookstore must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Bookstore at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.
