This fine violin bow by the esteemed French maker Eugène Nicolas Sartory is an excellent example of his work, made c. 1920. Crafted from attractive reddish-brown pernambuco, it is complete and original in all principal parts and remains in excellent condition.

Sartory bows are among the most sought-after French bows in the world. Prized by professional musicians for their exceptional playing qualities and by collectors for their consistency and quality, they have also long enjoyed a strong and reliable market.
