Gennaro Fabricatore I

Gennaro Fabricatore was the son and pupil of Giovanni Battista Fabricatore. He specialized in plucked instruments, with violins typically dated after 1815. His work followed the Neapolitan model, featuring a small scroll but a very broad width across the eyes. The varnish used was a dark golden-brown.
