Bridge Financing is an opportunity for philanthropically-minded investors to assist musicians in purchasing an instrument or bow.
Why was it created?
Tarisio’s auctions are an excellent venue to find quality instrument and bows. Prices are set by competitive market demand and the sale process is clear and transparent. The goal of the Bridge Financing program is to enable musicians to bridge the gap between finding an instrument at auction and pulling together complete financing for the purchase.
How is the program managed?
Investment in Tarisio Bridging LLC can be made by accredited investors pursuant to a Subscription Agreement executed by the investor and accepted by the company. There is a lock-in period for your funds and a notice period for withdrawal. Risks, restrictions and disclaimers apply.
The minimum investment amount for participants is $50,000. Distributions to investors are made semi-annually, at which point investors receive a summary of the allocation and deployment of funds and the total interest earned by the program during this period.
Loans are secured by the value of the instrument or bow. In the event that a borrower defaults, the instrument or bow will be resold at auction crediting first the loan program.
